Mikey, a Professional Security Specialist and Security Consultant, has worked in the security field for over 12 years in the realms of Public Safety, High Profile Events, and Executive and Asset Protection. Like many security professionals, he began his career working night clubs and uniformed details. Time and experience quickly escalated him to a managerial position in the Outdoor Entertainment Complex at Hollywood & Highland where he has managed hundreds of high-profile special events such as Red Carpet Premieres, Concerts, Award Shows, Live Video Tapings, and numerous Corporate Conferences with top tier clients such as Marvel, Warner Bros., and Facebook.

All of this has undoubtedly stacked his experience and expertise not only in serving as a liaison between event clients, security staff, and local law enforcement but also with scheduling, billing, and payroll. In collaboration with Security and Staffing, he currently oversees the day-to-day operations for any and all events that take place at Dolby Theater, home of The Oscars. Mikey is well known with his working peers and clients to be reliable and easy to get ahold of no matter the time or day, always making sure that anything they need to have communicated or relayed is done within a reasonable amount of time.
